Users plug the S3 enabled key into a computer's USB port. The S3 key's strong authentication authorizes network access after users enter a user-defined or administrator-defined 4-16 character PIN. The S3 key creates two-factor authentication by combining the user-defined PIN with the physical credentials, login and password, encrypted on the device. If the key is ever lost or stolen, it's useless without the proper PIN and access rights can be immediately revoked. The S3 Key then adds another layer of security by wrapping the two-factor password and all network traffic within a strong encrypted tunnel, providing secure data transmission to your network. Your Web address, fully encrypted, is housed internally on the S3 Key. The S3 Key drops your customer or employees into your network, having made the connection for them.Download the S3 Key Data Sheet for technical information and contact Sweet Spot or authorized S3 Solution reseller to learn more about S3. |
